Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and proactive Reservation Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling reservation requests with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your goal is to ensure seamless booking experiences while delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be multilingual or bilingual, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Manage reservation requests via phone, email, and online systems promptly and accurately. Use property management systems (PMS) to book, modify, or cancel reservations. (We train) Provide detailed information about services, availability, and pricing to clients in a clear and friendly manner. Assist guests with special requests, including modifications for accessibility or specific preferences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, policies, and emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries professionally using multi-line phone systems while practicing excellent phone etiquette. Support guest relations by resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a positive experience from booking to departure. Skills Experience in Travel bookings, Black Cars, limousines, Buses Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Proficiency with software such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS). Strong customer service skills with problem-solving capabilities to address guest concerns confidently.
