Full Job Description Description:

The PBX Operator / Reservations Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, handling and directing incoming calls, making hotel reservations and assisting guests with any requests or inquires. Accurately verify, input, and retrieve information with routine difficulty from a computer system, confirming pertinent information including number of guests, room rate, etc. The successful PBX Operator / Reservations Agent candidate will be responsible for making appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs. Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple calls at once. Previous phone operating experience is a plus. Must be able to work weekends. Must be 21 and able to obtain/maintain a Gaming Card.
