Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a professional manner.

Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide information about products and services
• Process reservations
• Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent service
• Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls
• Basic data entry skills for updating customer information
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Sales experience or the ability to upsell products/services is beneficial
• Analytical skills to identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to management
