What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for guests by answering phones, selling programs, and managing reservations. Coordinate with guides, captains, and concierges to ensure every adventure runs smoothly. Monitor weather conditions and keep our team and guests informed like a true outdoor expert. Resolve customer concerns with a smile and a solution.
