Full-Time Responsibilities Manage inbound guest inquiries, phone calls, and web leads to secure direct bookings. Process reservations, deposits, cancellations, and guest folios in property management software (PMS). Coordinate pre-arrival communications, keyless entry codes, and guest requests. Serve as first-line liaison with housekeeping and maintenance teams for quick turnarounds and issue resolution. Assist property managers with guest dispute handling and daily arrival/departure reporting. Qualifications 1+ years experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, front desk, or call center reservations. Proficiency with vacation rental software/OTAs (e.g., TRACK, Guesty, VRBO, Airbnb). Strong phone etiquette, sales aptitude, and written communication skills. Availability to work Saturday shiftsBenefits
