is seeking a dependable, hands-on Restaurant Manager for our Citronelle location. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the daily operation, lead employees effectively, maintain strong standards, and keep the restaurant properly staffed, organized, clean, and running smoothly. This is a working manager position . The right person will be visible in the restaurant, involved with the team, and willing to step in wherever needed. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and retain employees Maintain proper staffing for all shifts Control labor costs and overtime Monitor food cost, waste, inventory, and ordering Maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, and cleanliness Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed Hold employees accountable for attendance, performance, appearance, and conduct Address customer and employee issues promptly and professionally Work directly with ownership regarding staffing, sales, expenses, and operating concerns Develop dependable employees who can grow into supervisory and management positions What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Restaurant, food service, retail, or similar management experience Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent attendance and dependability The ability to manage schedules and solve staffing problems Good judgment and the ability to make decisions independently A strong work ethic Attention to cleanliness, organization, food quality, and customer service Basic computer and administrative skills Compensation & Schedule Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime paid in addition to regular hourly pay Restaurant managers typically work approximately 50-55 hours per week Full-time position Opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement within the company About
