Responsibilities:

Keep family schedules, appointments, and reminders organized using tools like Google Calendar Use technology (e.g., ChatGPT, shared calendars, task apps) to streamline household routines and communication Manage household systems and day-to-day organization Assist with personal assistant tasks such as errands, scheduling, and correspondence Anticipate the family's needs and proactively keep things running smoothly Communicate regularly with the family regarding schedules, tasks, and household needs

Requirements :

Prior household management and/or personal assistant experience Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive, Type A approach Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Google Calendar, and task/organization apps Excellent, verifiable references Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Warm, patient, and attentive demeanor
