Job Description

Restaurant Manager Location:

St. Charles Saloon - Columbia, CA The St. Charles Saloon is a locally owned restaurant serving handcrafted pizza, beer, and wine in the heart of historic Columbia. We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working alongside their team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering excellent food and customer service. Responsibilities Lead and support both front-of-house and kitchen staff Schedule, train, and motivate employees Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction Oversee daily restaurant operations Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards Assist with opening and closing procedures Help manage inventory and control food and beverage costs Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively Step in wherever needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Food safety knowledge or ServSafe certification is a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
