Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in preparing delicious pizzas in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pizzas while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality, following proper food safety practices. Assist in menu planning and development of new pizza offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and timely service. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment. Skills Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards. Experience in meal preparation, particularly in pizza making techniques. Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Creativity in menu planning and willingness to experiment with new flavors and ingredients.
