Job Description
Assistant Manager, Papa Razzi's Pizza, Agoura Hills (Opening Soon) Papa Razzi's Pizza is bringing its organic, long-fermented sourdough pizza from Malibu to Agoura Hills. Our second location opens this December at 5649 Kanan Rd, and we're looking for a hands-on assistant manager to help us build the team and the culture from day one. What you'll do Run shifts: open, close, and keep service smooth and friendly Train and support a team of about 8 per shift Keep food quality, safety and cleanliness at a high standard Handle inventory, ordering, prep lists and vendor deliveries Manage cash, the Toast POS, and end-of-day reports Work alongside the GM and owners on scheduling, hiring and the opening What we're looking for 2+ years in restaurant supervision (pizza or fast-casual a plus) A ServSafe Food Manager certification, or willingness to get one before opening Calm under pressure, organized, and a natural leader Available nights, weekends and holidays Toast POS experience a plus Pay and perks $27-$29/hr, depending on experience, plus overtime Staff meals and growth with an expanding local brand The chance to help open a new location from the ground up
