We are looking for a hands-on, hospitality-focused General Manager who takes pride in leading people, creating exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high operational standards. What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction Create a warm, welcoming environment and build relationships with guests Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and develop team members Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to company standards Ensure consistent food and beverage quality, presentation, and portioning Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs Order, receive, organize, and maintain inventory Manage vendor relationships and resolve delivery, quality, and invoice issues Monitor sales, labor, food costs, waste, and other financial performance Maintain exceptional standards for cleanliness, organization, safety, and restaurant appearance Address guest and employee concerns professionally and promptly Lead by example and step in wherever needed to support the team We're Looking For Someone Who Has Restaurant management experience A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service Strong leadership and communication skills The ability to coach and develop a team Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong accountability and follow-through The ability to remain professional and positive under pressure A team-first attitude An understanding of restaurant financial performance and labor management A willingness to be hands-on and lead from the floor What Success Looks Like Our ideal General Manager creates a restaurant that is welcoming, clean, well-run, financially healthy, and consistently delivering an outstanding guest experience.
