What You'll Own as a Restaurant General Manager Full restaurant operations — every shift, every guest, every standard Team leadership: hiring, training, coaching, and developing your ARM and staff P&L ownership: sales, labor, food cost, and hitting your financial targets Guest experience and complaint resolution — the buck stops with you Food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards — no exceptions Scheduling, ordering, and day-to-day operational execution Reporting to your Regional Manager and staying aligned with company direction

What We're Looking For:

2+ years as a General Manager or senior AGM in fast casual or QSR Proven track record running a profitable, high-volume location A leader who develops people — your ARM should be your next GM Financially literate — you know what the numbers mean and how to move them Someone who takes ownership, not someone who waits to be told 21+ years old, full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
