Bar Manager - Year Round We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Bar Manager to join our team and help create a welcoming, fun, and memorable bar experience for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in running a great bar. As Bar Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, support and lead the team, help create seasonal beverage offerings, and make sure every guest feels at home. You'll be a key part of building a strong local gathering place while maintaining a high standard of service, quality, and hospitality. Responsibilities Lead daily bar operations including opening, closing, and service execution Create a fun, positive, and team-focused work environment Train, support, and mentor bartenders and bar staff Deliver genuine hospitality and create great guest experiences Build relationships with locals, regulars, and visitors Help develop and maintain cocktail, beer, wine, and specialty beverage offerings Manage bar inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Maintain beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards Monitor beverage costs, waste, and daily operations Work closely with ownership and management to improve the guest experience Jump in wherever needed, from bartending during busy shifts to helping the team succeed Qualifications Must be year-round to Aspen Previous bartending and bar leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service Comfortable leading a team while still being hands-on Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality Strong communication and problem-solving skills Organized, dependable, and able to manage a busy environment Passion for hospitality and creating a place people want to return to Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and year-round schedules The Ideal Candidate You're someone who knows how to run a great bar while still having fun doing it.
