On Deck General Manager This position is an On-Deck GM role that begins in either Harry's of Lakeland, FL or Harry's of St. Augustine, FL. We seek a candidate who will start as an AGM and learn our systems and financial operations and get prepared to take over a location as a General Manager. The estimated timeframe would be 6-18 monthe in the AGM role before promotion.

INITIAL TOTAL

compensation in the On Deck GM role is estimated to be $80-100k+ annually base and bonus combined. Cmpensation will increase when assuming a permanent GM role.
