Service Manager - Opening Leadership TeamCastaways & Latitude 26° | Fishermen's Village | Punta Gorda, FL Tidewater Hospitality Group is seeking experienced Service Managers to help lead the opening of two new waterfront restaurant concepts at Fishermen's Village. Our Concepts Castaways — a high-volume dockside bar & grill focused on energy, atmosphere, cocktails, and fun. Latitude 26° — a polished coastal seafood & steak restaurant delivering elevated hospitality, strong wine and cocktail execution, and exceptional waterfront dining. We are building professional management teams focused on operational excellence, hospitality, accountability, and long-term growth. This Position Is For Experienced Restaurant Leaders Candidates should have strong full-service restaurant management backgrounds and understand both hospitality and financial execution.
