is currently seeking to hire a Front of House Manager. We are looking for a highly talented, motivated individual with an exceptional sense of hospitality and an eye for detail. The ideal manager candidate naturally leads by example, inspires the team to be better every day and creates a fun, upbeat work environment. Competitive salary offerings starting at $65k+ (depending on experience) along with provided benefits including medical, vision and dental insurance plans, quarterly bonus structure, paid vacation and employee dining discount.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Managing all the duties of opening and closing the restaurant
• Cash handling and EON reconciliation
• Oversight of FOH staff for scheduling as well as ongoing training.
• Reservations and seating management
• Supervision of wine and liquor orders and inventory maintenance
• Managing guest satisfaction by ensuring flawless service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years management experience, 5 years fine dining experience
• A broad and varied knowledge of food, wine and spirits
• Proficient in English (bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus)
• Can lift up to 30lb.
• Flexible hours and must be able to work holidays.
• Excellent record of staff management
• Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
• Familiar with industry's best practices
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) Skills
