General Manager - Wood Fired Pizza Restaurant Acworth, GA |

Full-Time Pay:

$20-$24/hour (based on experience) Please Read Before Applying If you have never worked in a pizza restaurant, please do not apply. Experience with pizza production and dough making is required. We're looking for a hands-on General Manager to oversee every aspect of an established, high-volume wood-fired pizza restaurant. This is a working management position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in running a clean, organized, and profitable operation. Responsibilities Oversee all daily restaurant operations Hold shift leads accountable to company standards Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and ordering Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency Oversee dough production and ensure recipes and procedures are followed Ensure proper staffing and scheduling Lead by example and jump in wherever needed Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen Deliver an outstanding guest experience Drive sales while controlling costs Qualifications Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience Previous General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience preferred High-volume restaurant experience Pizza restaurant experience is required Experience making and managing pizza dough Strong understanding of labor management, food cost, inventory, and restaurant operations Strong leadership and communication skills ServSafe certification is a plus We're Looking For Someone Who Thinks like an owner Holds people accountable while building a positive team culture Leads from the front and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty Understands that consistency is everything Has a passion for hospitality and great food Wants to grow with a fast-growing restaurant group If you're an experienced pizza operator who can lead a team, control costs, and run a restaurant at a high level, we'd love to hear from you.
