Training:

We invest in our leaders from day one. Managers participate in a 10-week, hands-on training program designed to immerse you in every aspect of our operation. You'll work side-by-side with talented culinary and service professionals, gaining real experience, building relationships, and developing the confidence to lead. The manager will ensure the seamless integration of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
