Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and development to enhance performance Manage food preparation processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Utilize POS systems such as Toast for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Control inventory levels, monitor food supplies, and coordinate with vendors to minimize waste and optimize stock levels Enforce food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all areas of the restaurant Supervise shift management activities including scheduling, customer service oversight, and resolving guest concerns promptly Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to foster a skilled and motivated team Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control Support kitchen management by coordinating food production, ensuring efficient workflow in culinary operations Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food handling and culinary operations Demonstrated supervisory experience with team leadership and staff training capabilities Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast; cash handling expertise required Knowledge of food safety standards and food safety management practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage hospitality teams effectively Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory control, budgeting, and profit analysis Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is highly desirable Basic math skills for managing cash transactions and financial reporting Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while leading a talented team!
