Responsibilities Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support personnel, to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage shift schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to optimize team productivity and morale. Uphold food safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for staff and guests. Oversee customer service interactions, resolving issues promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction and positive reviews. Coordinate with kitchen management on food presentation, timing, and quality standards to deliver an outstanding dining experience. Manage operational aspects such as POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash handling, and billing accuracy during shifts. Support cost control initiatives by monitoring inventory levels, minimizing waste, and managing labor costs effectively. Qualifications Proven management experience within the food service or restaurant industry, with a strong background in supervising hospitality teams. Extensive knowledge of food preparation, food handling, sanitation procedures, and kitchen management principles. Demonstrated ability to lead with energy and enthusiasm while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming environments for diverse guests. Experience with food safety management practices and compliance with health regulations. Familiarity with restaurant management tools such as POS systems and scheduling software. Excellent communication skills paired with leadership qualities that motivate teams toward shared goals.
