Table Experience:

Minimum 2 years of restaurant management/supervisory experience (full-service dining experience strongly preferred).

Education & Certifications:

High School Diploma/GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred); valid ServSafe Certification required.

Restaurant Tech & Cash Savvy:

Proficient with cash handling procedures, POS systems, smart safe operations, and basic computer/reporting applications.

Flexibility & Hustle:

Must be at least 18 years old with a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays) and reliable transportation.

Physical & Mental Stamina:

Comfortable standing/walking for long shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally), handling kitchen heat, and keeping cool under pressure during heavy rushes.
