Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

Supervise team members, provide coaching, and ensure smooth shift operations.

Customer Service:

Maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and address customer concerns promptly.

Food Quality & Safety:

Ensure all food is prepared according to company standards and health regulations.

Shift Operations:

Manage cash handling, inventory, and food preparation during the shift.

Training & Development:

Assist in training new team members and reinforcing company policies.

Problem-Solving:

Handle unexpected challenges and ensure quick, effective resolutions.

Opening & Closing Procedures:

Oversee setup or shutdown of the restaurant, including cleaning and securing the premises.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team. Basic math and cash-handling skills.
