Your Responsibilities:

Manage Daily Operations

• Oversee all aspects of food service, including meal preparation, service, and sanitation. Ensure Compliance
• Maintain adherence to health, safety, and dietary regulations. Menu Planning & Nutrition
• Collaborate with dietitians to create delicious and nutritious meal options. Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, and supervise food service staff, fostering a positive work culture. Budget Management
• Monitor expenses and maintain cost-effective food service operations. Resident Satisfaction
• Engage with residents to ensure meals meet their preferences and dietary needs.

Qualifications:

Experience in Food Service Management (Healthcare or long-term care preferred). Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) (Required). Strong Leadership & Organizational Skills. Knowledge of State & Federal Dietary Regulations. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Abilities. Passion for Providing Quality Meals & Enhancing Resident Experience.
