Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day Food & Beverage operations Coordinate necessary orders Check freshness and quality of all Food & Beverage products Assist in the development of menu items Standardize service and plate presentations Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications:

3 - 5 years of experience as a General Manager with a Casual or Upscale Casual Brand Five to ten years of proven success in a leadership role in a similar environment Bachelor's Degree in hospitality-related majors or Business Administration is preferred. Proven track record of Team Building and the development and implementation of standards and consistency Strong project management skills, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, leadership qualities, and communication skills

Benefits:
