Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team capable of delivering excellent customer service. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy and integrity. Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to comply with health regulations and maintain a safe dining environment. Conduct shift management duties including supervising food production, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring timely service during busy hours. Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for improvement in cost control, sales growth, and overall restaurant performance. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams, managing staff training programs, and conducting interviews. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS along with cash handling expertise. Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control practices, and food industry regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage hospitality teams effectively and foster a positive work environment. Strong organizational skills including shift management, budgeting, and basic math proficiency for financial analysis. Prior experience in managing hospitality teams within casual dining or hotel settings is highly desirable.
