Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the shift
• Manage and supervise staff members, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
• Monitor food production and quality to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with other departments, such as banquet and catering, to meet customer needs
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food production, coffee, banquet, hotel, bartending, or catering is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient computer skills for managing schedules, inventory, and other administrative tasks
