What You'll Be Responsible For:

Hiring, training, and developing a reliable team Creating schedules that balance guest service and labor cost control Managing daily operations and ensuring brand standards are met Monitoring sales, labor %, and food cost performance Maintaining accurate inventory and minimizing waste Leading by example and building a positive, accountable team culture Schedule Expectations This position requires availability on a rotating schedule based on business needs. The Store Manager is expected to work a mix of opening, mid, and closing shifts to support the team. Average of approximately 45 hours per week Rotating schedule including mornings, afternoons, and evenings Availability to support peak periods and occasional weekends Flexibility to adjust schedule as business needs require

What We're Looking For:
