1031 Tyrone Pike, Versailles, Kentucky. About the Position Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is looking for an energetic, dependable Shift Manager to join our team! As a Shift Manager, you'll help lead the restaurant during your assigned shifts while working alongside our Crew Members to provide great food, fast service, and a friendly experience for every guest. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants an opportunity to grow within the restaurant industry. What You'll Do Lead and support the team during assigned shifts Provide friendly, welcoming service to every Freddy's guest Help ensure food is prepared accurately, safely, and according to Freddy's standards Train, coach, and motivate Crew Members Assign team members to stations and help keep the shift running smoothly Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and overall restaurant standards Assist with opening and closing procedures Handle cash and other shift responsibilities accurately Address guest concerns professionally and find solutions when needed Communicate with the management team regarding staffing, operations, and shift performance Lead by example and create a positive, team-oriented work environment What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable taking responsibility and leading others Strong communication and customer-service skills Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Willing to learn and follow Freddy's operating and food-safety standards Previous restaurant, retail, or leadership experience is preferred but not required Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Why Join Our Team?
