In this pivotal role, you will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support the management team in delivering a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities Assist the restaurant management team in overseeing daily operations, including shift management and staff coordination Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety Operate POS systems for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Train new staff members on food handling, safety procedures, POS usage, and customer service excellence Support management in labor, inventory, and operating costs Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members to build a strong hospitality team Requirements Proven experience in a casual dining environment with supervisory or assistant management roles preferred Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, cash handling, and budgeting processes Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising diverse teams Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Strong social media skills. Ability to create engaging posts, photos, and promotions and help market events and entertainment (preferred).
