We're not looking for someone to simply manage shifts—we're looking for a leader who inspires teams, develops talent, and creates memorable guest experiences. As one of New England's premier sports restaurants, we're looking for sports enthusiasts who thrive in a high-energy environment and enjoy creating an unforgettable atmosphere for guests. Whether it's the World Cup, NFL Sundays, March Madness, UFC Fight Nights, or your local team's biggest game, our managers help bring the excitement to life. Position Summary The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, developing team members, maintaining operational excellence, and driving sales and profitability. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication, organization, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Lead front and back of house operations during assigned shifts. Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure every guest receives outstanding service. Coach, mentor, and develop hourly team members and future leaders. Hire, train, and onboard new employees. Manage labor, scheduling, and productivity to achieve company goals. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department standards. Execute company initiatives, promotions, and special events. Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost controls. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment. Lead by example while fostering a positive, accountable, and team-first culture. Skills Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience required. Passion for sports and creating an exciting game-day atmosphere. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Excellent guest service and hospitality mindset. Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for communication, reporting, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. ServSafe Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a hands-on leadership style.
