Long Established family-owned full service restaurant
Metrowest/Boston area Responsibilities include:
Managing daily FOH operations including staff recruitment, training and supervision
Recommend Marketing opportunities to improve profits.
Responsible for consistent high-quality guest service.
Ensure compliance with company, federal/state/local ordinances.

Qualifications:

College degree in hotel/restaurant management desired.
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality industry.
Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, POS Systems).
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must possess good communication skills.
