Job Description

Overview The Lasting Room is looking for an experienced Front-of-House Manager for our busy sports bar and restaurant. This is a hands-on position focused on keeping the dining room and bar running smoothly, providing great customer service, and supporting staff during busy shifts. Responsibilities Oversee the dining room and bar during shifts Help manage seating and customer flow Assist with expediting food Monitor servers, bartenders, and responsible alcohol service Handle customer complaints and disruptive or unruly guests calmly and professionally Help train and support employees Assist with opening and closing duties Step in wherever needed during busy periods Requirements Restaurant management or supervisory experience Strong leadership and customer-service skills Comfortable refusing alcohol service and handling difficult guests when necessary Able to stay calm, professional, and in control during busy situations Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking charge Must be available nights and weekends Bartending experience is helpful but not required
