Job Summary The Amendment is an upcoming steakhouse and grill house located at The Watershed development in downtown Sturgis, Michigan, featuring dry-aged steaks and craft cocktails. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. The Bar Manager curates and oversees Amendment's beverage program, ensuring cocktails, spirits and bar service align seamlessly with the restaurant's overall guest experience. Responsibilities Develp craft cocktail menus and seasonal beverage freatures Train bartenders on technique, service standards, and product knowledge Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage costs Ensure compliance with safety and alcohol regulations Collaborae with the Sommelier and FOH team to elevate pairings and guest offerings Requirements 3+ years of bar leadership, preferably in fine dining or upscale concepts Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology Excellent guest engagement skills Ability to manage costs while delivering a premium experience Join us as a Bar Manager where your leadership will shape memorable experiences for our guests while advancing your career in a vibrant hospitality setting!
