Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant team in unreasonable hospitality. We have a great team currently but need an Assistant to lead well when the owners are not available. This role is primarily dayshift cookline but also you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire staff, streamline processes, and drive the restaurant's success. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts Lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences and uphold food safety standards Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality in all menu items Conduct training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster team development Enforce compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards Assist in catering events or banquet services as needed to support diverse restaurant functions Skills Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management practices Excellent team management skills with experience supervising hospitality teams in a fast-paced setting Ability to train staff effectively on food handling, customer service, and operational procedures Exceptional communication skills for managerial tasks including interviewing and staff development Basic math skills for order accuracy, cash reconciliation, and financial reporting Experience with kitchen management or culinary operations is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership in managing hospitality teams with a focus on customer satisfaction Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
