We know you will use your best judgement to make sure that your guests and Team Members are happy. You will lead others to excellence and learn about yourself throughout the process.

Your responsibilities during each shift:

• Ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Effective Team Member communication - coaching through conflict
• Be the role model and coach teams to deliver standards
• Hold Team Members accountable for "Own Your Zone" tasks
• Right people - good balance of Food and Service Champions
• Verify Team Members are washing hands correctly, and to standards

$850.00 - $900.00 per week
