Modern Office Setting Growth Opportunities Wellness Programs We're looking for a Lead Administrative Support Assistant to join our team. A successful candidate has previous experience working with the developmentally disabled, a strong work ethic and an active interest in helping to care for our consumers, and this is absolutely true. It's extremely rewarding, since many of our consumers are living well. Shift will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with some flexibility. WHY DMH? Responsibilities - What you'll do Serve as liaison to the Superintendent's Office. Serve as chairperson for the safety committee and maintain the Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) and Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP). Ensure all necessary action items are completed per facility and external stakeholder requirements. Coordinate and disseminate information pertaining to Abuse/Neglect, Multi-Purpose meetings, Mortality Reviews, ICF Survey and ISL waiver audits. Respond to inquiries from state officials, guardians, families and other stakeholders. Provide complex administrative assistance to and serve as a member of the SE MO Residential Services (SEMORS) Executive Team. Submit staff access requests to secure files as requested by Superintendent's Office. Oversees SMART file warehouse system. Serve as chairperson for the EHR steering committee and facilitate team meetings for change control requests. Complete daily, weekly and monthly facility status reports as directed. Complete EHR HIM training requirements. Serve as Digital Accessibility Specialist. Maintain audit files. Maintain updates for facility iPads and other shared devices. May schedule and/or facilitate meetings on behalf of the Superintendent or other members of the executive team. Ability to prioritize and use time effectively. Qualifications - All you need for success
Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed). Ability to operate in a discreet environment and maintain a certain level of confidentiality. A High School diploma or proof of high school equivalency. Preferred Qualifications Competency in Microsoft Office programs. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from different backgrounds, educational levels and experiences. Ability to identify and implement time management strategies in records management Proven efficiency in leading a team successfully and proficiently.
