Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant Strong ability to manage and develop team members Excellent operational and financial management skills (P&L, budgeting) Passionate about guest satisfaction and driving sales growth Ability to create a positive and efficient work culture Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ready to take on the challenge?
