Job Description
We're Looking for Our Next Store Manager! Signal Food Stores is looking for a motivated, dependable leader to join our Subway location in Seymour, Missouri as a Manager-in-Training . You don't have to already be a Subway Manager to be a great fit for this position. We're looking for someone with leadership potential, a strong work ethic, and the desire to grow into a management role. This is a full-time position designed to train and prepare the right person to become a Subway Store Manager . What You'll Learn Daily Subway operations Leading, training, and motivating a team Scheduling and labor management Inventory and ordering Food cost and waste control Food safety and cleanliness standards Customer service and problem solving Cash handling and store procedures What We're Looking For Dependable and responsible Strong work ethic Leadership and communication skills Organized and able to work independently Comfortable coaching employees and holding team members accountable Previous restaurant, retail, supervisory, or leadership experience is preferred, but not required Willing to work a flexible schedule when needed Why Join Our Team?
