Job Description
Store Manager - Convenience Store and Food Service We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our convenience store and food service operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily store activities, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and merchandising Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, especially within the food service area Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in convenience stores or food service environments Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of inventory control, POS systems, and cash handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic understanding of food safety standards and regulations High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in food safety or management are a plus Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities Join our team and be part of a company that values growth, innovation, and community engagement.
