Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the establishment, ensuring smooth daily operations. Supervise staff across various departments, including bar, kitchen, and service areas. Oversee food handling practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills in hospitality management and customer service. Manage banquet services, ensuring successful execution of events from planning to delivery. Assist in budgeting processes, monitoring expenses, and optimizing operational efficiency. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility. Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance their overall experience. Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Experience in budgeting and financial management within a restaurant or bar setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for coffee and beverage service is a plus. Previous experience supervising banquet services is highly desirable.
