Shift Manager:

Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts Coach and develop crew members Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are met Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns Assist with cash handling, inventory, and shift execution Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Restaurant Manager (Assistant Manager) : Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift managers Help manage scheduling, labor, inventory, food costs, and operational performance Ensure compliance with Wendy's operational, food safety, and company standards Lead by example while creating a positive, high-performing culture Step into the General Manager's role as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

General Manager :

Oversee all restaurant operations, staffing, and financial performance Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing teams Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence Manage food and labor costs while achieving business goals Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and health standards Build a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
