Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and high standards of service Supervise staff performance, conduct training sessions, and foster a motivated, customer-focused team Oversee food preparation, food safety, and handling procedures to maintain quality and compliance with health regulations Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Support kitchen management by coordinating food production, ensuring timely service, and maintaining cleanliness standards Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an outstanding dining experience for all guests Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant management roles within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Demonstrated supervising experience with staff training & development skills Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food management techniques Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and hospitality management principles Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and enthusiasm Strong communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and support staff growth Join us as an General Manager - Restaurant to lead with energy, inspire your team, and create memorable experiences for our guests!
