The Senior Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, and guest experience of all food and beverage operations across the resort, including dining outlets, banquets, and catering. This role oversees staffing, budgeting, vendor relationships, and service standards to ensure a consistently high-quality, profitable, and well-run operation. Responsibilites Direct daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquets. Plan, staff, and lead banquet and catering operations for weddings, corporate/leisure events, and private functions. Develop and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and cost-of-goods targets; analyze P&L statements and implement corrective actions. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise F&B managers, supervisors, and hourly staff; conduct performance reviews and coaching. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol-service regulations, and uphold resort quality and brand standards. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team on menu planning, food cost control, and quality assurance. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and maintain inventory controls. Partner with the Sales & Events team on contract execution, event planning, and client relationship management. Monitor guest satisfaction and service standards, resolving escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure accurate tracking and distribution of banquet revenue/gratuity in accordance with resort policy. Qualifications 2-5 years of progressive food & beverage management experience in a similar setting. Previous management experience at a resort or golf course strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience managing banquet, catering, or large-scale event operations. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Proven leadership skills with experience hiring, training, and developing hourly and supervisory staff. Working knowledge of health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS, or equivalent certification). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business and event needs.
Pay:
$65,000.00 per year
