Compensation:

$65,000-$75,000 base + monthly performance bonus! The Opportunity Glow Car Wash is looking for an experienced General Manager ready to run their location like an owner — not just supervise it. You'll have full accountability for your site's labor hours, team performance, and customer experience, with real input into how the business grows. This isn't an entry-level management role. We want someone who's already led teams, hit expectations, and knows what operational excellence looks like — and who's looking for a company where that experience is rewarded with autonomy and a clear path up. About Glow Car Wash Founded in 2015 in Central New Jersey, Glow Car Wash has grown quickly since then, with a total of 4 locations. We built the company on one idea: a fast, safe, high-quality wash paired with an exceptional experience for customers and employees alike.

What You'll Own Performance:

Own your location's revenue, labor, and cost targets — not just "hit goals," but see the numbers and make the calls Team leadership: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team; build the bench for your own next promotion Membership growth: Drive membership sales and retention as a core revenue lever, with visibility into your site's numbers

Operations:

Own staffing, scheduling, productivity, safety, and site standards

Site Prepardness:

Ensure site cleanliness and opertaional standards are met on a daily basis Customer experience: Set the tone for five-star service and resolve escalations with authority

Culture:
