We are seeking motivated Assistant General Managers to join our team at all three Dooney's Pub locations — Egg Harbor Township, Voorhees, and Delran. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring strong leadership and organizational skills. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the Management Team to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and support a positive team culture. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations in a full-service restaurant environment. Lead and support front- and back-of-house staff during busy shifts. Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and staff development. Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and reporting. Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Communicate effectively with team members and management both verbally and in writing. Uphold policies, procedures, and safety standards. Requirements Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience. Including a bar environment. Strong people management and customer service skills. Familiarity with Toast POS system. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proven ability to manage scheduling and maintain organized systems. Flexible schedule - 40 hours per week including nights and weekends. High level of energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
