Job Description

Looking for Grill Cooks or Kitchen Managers that are ready to take a leadership role. Have you spent 10 hours straight on your feet cooking over a hot grill? We are looking for people who are ready to make a change for their family, ready to make a change for themselves and take the first step into being the boss. Why a grill cook? You have multi-tasking skills, you work hard, you are used to long hours, you are used to succeeding in high-stress environments. We want you to become a GM for us. We want you to lead a team at Domino's Pizza. Make a quality product, high pressure time sensitive environment. Have a great attitude and we will teach you how to be the boss and do food ordering, schedules, hiring and training. We want quality people who are ready to take a bigger role and change their life.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations Hire and train team members Order food and perform multiple times a week inventories Run the store to Domino's operating procedures and standards Create effective schedules based on business volume Ensure staff follow health and safety regulations Most importantly, DEVELOP
