Bubbakoo's Burritos is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated leader to join our management team. As a Manager, you'll learn every aspect of our restaurant operations while working alongside experienced leaders. You'll build the skills needed to successfully manage daily operations, coach team members, and drive a positive, high-performing work environment. What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent food quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and guest satisfaction. Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Work hands-on preparing food, assembling orders, and serving guests. Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture. Resolve guest concerns professionally to create memorable customer experiences. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department standards. Monitor labor, food costs, and operational performance to help achieve restaurant goals. Ensure equipment, facilities, and restaurant appearance are maintained to company standards. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant, hospitality, or preferred. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Pay:
