Job Description

FINS is seeking a responsible, reliable, and energetic person to fill a full time, FOH Assistant Manager, on track to Store Manager position. FINS is a fast-paced, family friendly, fast-casual restaurant serving up TropiCali Cuisine.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Daily operations Daily equipment checks Checking weekly inventory for accuracy Logging daily operations Hiring/Training new counter staff when needed Keeping up with any maintenance concerns Addressing and handling staff and customer issues Office & Employee file upkeep Following through with any tasks delegated by store manager or GM in a timely manner. This person must be self-motivated and ambitious to grow within the brand. This person also must be able to keep a cool, calm, and collected manner with staff and customers. We will only be seeking to fill this position with someone who has restaurant management experience, (preferably someone with a quick service restaurant background) and has something to offer FINS in terms of experience to help our brand grow, and maintain our reputation of providing great customer service and great food in a surf inspired atmosphere. There is room to grow within the company and build a career as a restaurant manager, as we are seeking to expand! Come grow with us!! This is a 40+ hours a week job that requires standing and light lifting. Weekends (day and night) & summer holidays a must. Flexibility to move between locations a plus. Salary can be determined upon hire and experience. Closed Thanksgiving, Easter, and Christmas Day; closed 5pm on Christmas Eve.
