Our kitchen is built around elevated American comfort food, chef-inspired entrées, handcrafted burgers, wings, flatbreads, sandwiches, seafood, pasta, and private event catering. We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step in their culinary career. This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys cooking, mentoring others, and helping manage a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and execution. Position Summary The Sous Chef is the senior culinary leader on the floor and works directly with the General Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations. This role is a step above a Line Cook and combines hands-on cooking with leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone who leads by example, maintains high standards, thrives in a high-volume environment, and is ready to help train and develop the next generation of cooks.
