We are looking for a reliable, organized, proactive House Manager to help manage the day-to-day needs of our home and keep everything running smoothly. This is a hands-on household role for someone who naturally notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and enjoys keeping a home organized, stocked, and well managed. We already have professional cleaners, so this is not a deep-cleaning position. A major part of the role will be preparing meals according to established recipes and specific macro targets. The right candidate should be comfortable following detailed recipes, weighing ingredients, portioning meals accurately, and keeping prepared food organized for the family.

Schedule:

Approximately 30 hours per week Part-time Weekday availability preferred Some flexibility in scheduling is helpful

Pay:

$45 per hour

Responsibilities:

Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks according to established recipes and macro requirements Weigh and portion meals accurately Grocery shop and keep food staples stocked Keep the refrigerator, freezer, pantry, and household supplies organized and replenished Do family laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away clothing and household linens Load and unload the dishwasher and keep the kitchen tidy Restock bathrooms and household essentials Keep common areas tidy and organized between professional cleaning visits Take out trash and recycling Gas up family vehicles as needed Run local errands, returns, pickups, and other household tasks Monitor household needs and replenish items before they run out Help with pantry and refrigerator organization and periodic clean-outs Assist with miscellaneous day-to-day tasks that help the household operate efficiently What we are looking for: Highly organized and dependable Proactive and able to anticipate needs without constant direction Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy Comfortable working independently Strong attention to detail Comfortable following detailed recipes and macro instructions Experience using a food scale and accurately portioning meals is strongly preferred Prior experience as a house manager, household assistant, family assistant, personal assistant, private-home employee, or similar role is preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong professional references

Important:

This is not a nanny role and not a housekeeping/deep-cleaning position. Professional cleaners handle deep cleaning. The focus of this role is meal preparation, household organization, laundry, errands, restocking, and keeping the home running smoothly.
